My issue was investigated, and a solution was provided along with a USPS tracking number to help me out better. My necklace is BEAUTIFUL. I wear it daily during work out classes and swimming practices and it’s not tarnished and the little diamonds are staying in place so far. looks exactly as advertised, if not even better. they’re good quality initials on a good quality chain. they don’t slide off and come with a care package and care instructions. it took a little while to arrive as they’re custom made (very well explained to me by customer service) but very much worth the wait! will definitely purchase from this brand again.
